The 134th Canton Fair Phase 2 was held from October 23rd to October 27th, spanning five days. Following the successful "Grand Opening" of Phase 1, Phase 2 continued the same enthusiasm, with a strong presence of people and financial activity, which was truly uplifting. According to statistics, as of October 27th, a total of 157,200 foreign buyers from 215 countries and regions attended the fair, representing a 53.6% increase compared to the same period in the 133rd edition. Buyers from countries participating in the "Belt and Road Initiative" exceeded 100,000, accounting for 64% of the total and showing a 69.9% increase from the 133rd edition. Buyers from Europe and the Americas also witnessed a resurgence with a 54.9% growth compared to the 133rd edition. The high attendance, substantial traffic, and the robust scale of the event have not only enhanced the fair's image but have also nurtured potential and unleashed market forces, contributing to its prosperity and busyness.

New Product & Upgrades Booth to Attract Customers

At this year's Canton Fair, OLIVIA expanded its booth size and strategically arranged its products to highlight their features. The booth design effectively emphasized the products and their selling points, presenting a visually appealing and high-quality display that caught the attention of numerous buyers. In addition to showcasing their flagship products, OLIVIA prepared a particularly innovative product for this event – a self-developed alcohol-based neutral transparent sealant. This product utilizes alcohol-based technology, contains no harmful volatile substances, has low VOC levels, is formaldehyde-free, and does not release suspected carcinogenic substances like acetoxime. It emphasizes green and eco-friendly properties, making it an ideal choice for home improvement. The alcohol-transparent product is at the forefront of the industry in terms of technology, demonstrating OLIVIA's not only reliable production capabilities but also significant innovation.

In the past, limited booth space and a wide range of product categories meant that only key products could be displayed to attract buyers. To address this issue, customized material display racks were specifically designed for this event. These racks serve a dual purpose, showcasing product performance, such as the initial tackiness of the adhesive, and simultaneously enticing passing buyers to stop and take a closer look. This strategy not only boosted the booth's popularity but also provided an opportunity for buyers who had not previously interacted with OLIVIA to learn more about the company and experience their sealants. Several new products introduced by OLIVIA at this year's Canton Fair have already generated strong interest from multiple foreign buyers who are currently in the process of exploring further collaboration.

The second phase of the Canton Fair brought together businesses from various fields, including building materials and furniture, household goods, gifts, and decorations, emphasizing the "big home" concept. This, in turn, ignited a trend in one-stop purchasing, uncovering diverse buyer demands. Many new buyers from Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Europe, and South America found that there was no need to scatter their purchases; instead, they came to OLIVIA's booth for one-stop shopping, obtaining all the required construction sealant, automotive sealant, and daily use sealant in one place. Some long-time customers registered their selections on-site, intending to assess local market demands upon returning and subsequently confirming their purchase quantities with us.
