MS28 Professional Wall Panel MS Adhesive is a single-component, medium-high modulus, room-temperature curing polyether-modified silane adhesive, which provides strong and durable bonding to common materials. It features no odor, low VOC, no pollution, no shrinkage, and excellent aging resistance.

Main Applications

Suitable for installations:
1. Door and window casings, stairs and treads, baseboards, wall waistlines, gypsum lines, panel decorations, special-shaped decorative materials, and various stones.
Bonding for absorbent and non-absorbent materials:

All kinds of wooden panels, ceramic products, metal, concrete, stone, etc.

Bonding for specific plates:

Mirrors, handles, crystal panels, marble, and other plates.

Construction Instructions

1. Surface Cleaning

Clean the surface of the bonded or coated material thoroughly, and remove rust, dust, oil stains, etc.

2. Adhesive Application

· Unscrew (or cut open) the cap of the adhesive tube.
· Squeeze the adhesive onto the cleaned surface, ensuring even distribution, then close and fix the bonded surfaces.

3. Curing Process

· Place the bonded or sealed components in the air for natural curing. The curing process proceeds from the surface to the interior.
· Within 24 hours (at room temperature and 55% relative humidity), the adhesive will cure to a depth of 2–4 mm.
· For deeper applications, especially in areas with limited air exposure, the full curing time will be prolonged. Lower temperatures will also extend curing time.
· Before further processing or packaging the bonded components, it is recommended to wait sufficiently long to ensure the bond strength and integrity are not compromised.

Precautions

1. After operation, immediately tighten the cap of unused adhesive and store it in a sealed manner

2. When using again, if there is a small amount of skinning at the seal, remove it, which will not affect normal use.

3. During storage, a small amount of curing may occur at the tube opening. After removing it, the product can be used normally without affecting its performance.
