MS27 Wall Panel MS Adhesive is a one-component, room-temperature fast-curing modified silane polyether sealant. It features medium-high modulus, excellent adhesion and cohesive force, environmental protection (non-polluting), brushability, mildew resistance, weather resistance, etc. It is a multi-purpose modified silane sealant.

    Main Applications

    Suitable for bonding and sealing in interior decoration, it is non-corrosive and non-polluting to bonded substrates, with low VOC, free of formaldehyde, benzene, and halogens. It has excellent adhesion to most materials such as glass, aluminum, stainless steel, PVC, PC, ceramics, tiles, stones, hardware fittings, etc. It is particularly suitable for:

    · Bonding and decorative edging in baby-friendly family renovations

    · Bonding, sealing, and mildew resistance in bathrooms, kitchens, sanitary wares, laboratories, cleanrooms, hospitals, and other areas

    Construction Instructions

    1. Surface PreparationPrimer Application (if needed)
      1. Clean the joint with solvents like alcohol before construction, and ensure it is dry.
      1. If primer is used to enhance adhesion, wait until the primer is dry before proceeding.
    1. Sealant Application
      1. Fill the joint completely with sealant to ensure two-sided bonding of the interface.
    1. Masking Tape Use
      1. Apply masking tape to areas that need protection, but do not let the tape touch the surface where the sealant will be applied.
    1. Edge Trimming
      1. Trim the edges immediately before the sealant cures to achieve an aesthetic finish.

    Usage Limitations

    · Not suitable for surfaces of any oil-containing materials or materials that may exude grease, plasticizers, or solvents.
    · Not suitable for frosted or wet surfaces.
    · Construction is not recommended when the substrate surface temperature is below 4°C or exceeds 40°C.

    Precautions

    • Ventilation：Ensure good ventilation in the sealant construction area.
    • Child Protection：Keep out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
    • Eye Contact：In case of accidental contact with uncured adhesive in the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

    Shelf Life

    • Store in the original sealed container in a dry, ventilated, and cool place at a temperature not exceeding 27°C. The shelf life is 9 months.
    • Compliance Standard: GB 18583-2008
    • Transportation: Transport as non-hazardous goods.
