Short Description:

PF4 Multi-functional and economical foam sealant single-component polyurethane foam sealant has excellent properties such as sealing, heat preservation, heat insulation, moisture-proof and insulation. The volume of this product expands rapidly after ejection, and it can be freely filled according to the shape of gaps and voids. After curing, the bubble holes are delicate and have good elasticity. Low temperature resistance, can also be used in winter. It can be used for caulking and sealing of various cracks and holes, such as holes in air conditioners, exhaust fans, pipes, electrical switch boxes, wire outlets, etc., and can also be used for shock-proof packaging of fragile items.

Appearance

It is a liquid in the aerosol tank, and the material sprayed out is a foam body with uniform color, without undispersed particles and impurities. After curing, it is a rigid foam with uniform bubble holes.

Features

① Normal construction environment temperature: +5 ~ +35℃;

② Normal construction tank temperature: +10℃ ~ +35℃;

③ Optimum operating temperature: +18℃ ~ +25℃;

④ Curing foam temperature range: -30 ~ +80℃;

⑤ After 10 minutes after the foam spray does not stick to the hand, 60minutes can be cut;(Temperature 25 humidity 50% condition determination);

⑥ Product does not contain freon, no tribenzene, no formaldehyde;

⑦ No harm to the human body after curing;

⑧ Foaming ratio: The maximum foaming ratio of the product under appropriate conditions can reach 60 times (calculated by gross weight 900g), and the actual construction has fluctuations due to different conditions;

⑨ Foam can adhere to most material surfaces, excluding materials such as Teflon and silicone.
