OLIVIA’s booth was busy but orderly. Compared with previous editions, buyers at this Canton Fair showed notably greater professionalism and purpose. Purchasers from dozens of countries across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, and Europe mostly arrived with specific project requirements and operating parameters.
In response to different regional climate conditions, OLIVIA’s sales team provided targeted product selection recommendations at the booth. For high-temperature, high-sunlight regions in the Middle East, the team highlighted the curtain wall weather-resistant sealant series with excellent weather resistance and UV aging resistance. For the hot, humid, and rainy environment of Southeast Asia, the team focused on anti-mold sealing and fast-curing products.
A European buyer who had visited OLIVIA for several consecutive years said at the booth that OLIVIA’s product line can meet both high-temperature weather resistance and stringent environmental certification requirements. As the global building industry accelerates its low-carbon transition, green compliance has evolved from a bonus into a basic threshold for market access. OLIVIA’s core product matrix showcased at this Canton Fair places “green” and “performance” on equal priority.

In the 100,000-square-meter standardized production site, buyers observed up close the fully automated, fully enclosed continuous production lines and more than 50 inspection processes from raw material selection to finished product warehousing. From batch management in the raw material tank area to the operation of professional testing equipment for weathering aging and movement/tensile testing in the laboratory, buyers gained a more concrete understanding of the quality control system in which “every cartridge has its identity.” A buyer who came to China for procurement for the first time admitted after the visit that the automation level of the production lines and the rigor of the inspection processes exceeded expectations, adding substantial confidence for long-term cooperation.
